ELECTRONICS (TIANJIN) CO., LTD., set up in 1996, is the one and
only OEM&ODM manufacturer in the world that has been appointed by
the Japanese UCHIDA company. UCHIDA ELECTRONICS mainly manufactures all kinds of high frequency &high-Q factor air core inductors, SMT spring coils and ultrafine wire inductors(voice coil), which are widely used in high frequency wireless communication and the Internet of Things .Our product is one of the three passive components in electronics industry. Currently, we have various coiling machines in total 151. Annual actual production capacity is over 40 million. About 50% of the products are sold overseas. Since 2005, we have R&D and solved a series of technical problems of the large scale production for this new SMT air core square spring coils for several years. The unique characteristics of this new SMT air core square spring coil are thin, subminiature, high-precision and high-Q factor. We did completely grasp the manufacturing process of 0908 and 0805 in geometric size. Further, we have broken through the manufacturing process of 0603 series of products, which are smaller in geometric size. Main features of our products: a. We change the electric component from the traditional round-shape to thinner (square) shape, which adapts to the development trend of the electric component—shorter and thinner and finally achieve the goal of creating the condition for developing the thinner electronic products. b. We significantly improve the products’ sorption rate in the SMT surface mount process. c. The 0805 series product has achieved mass production. We've successfully developed the 0603 series product with smaller geometric size. (B=1.6mm P=0.8mm H=0.8mm) d. The highest precision of the inductance can reach ±2% e. Under the condition of subminiature size & high frequency, we besides maintain the coil’s high Q value also achieve the goal of improving the working current to several amperes (A) higher power. |
